Moon Tool is a precision CNC machine shop originally founded in 1979 located in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Today, Moon Tool resides in a state of the art, 23,000 square foot light industrial manufacturing facility.  We provide production machining and custom machining services including contract CNC machining, milling, turning, wire EDM and welding & fabrication services.

Our capabilities include:

1. Turning capabilities up to 36" in diameter.  Our largest lathe can support lengths up to 88" with steady rest capabilities up to 14" in diameter. 
2. Milling capabilities range up to 81"(X) by 32"(Y) by 32" (Z). 
3. Wire EDM capabilities include heights up to 12". 
4. Welding capabilities include Laser, MIG, TIG and fabrication.
5. Inspection processes include PC-DMIS on three CMM's that give Moon Tool compatibility with industry standards and can provide customers detailed quality reporting they require.
6. Crane capabilities up to 5 Tons.
